The ideal candidate has 12+ years as BA, strong Temenos TAP experience, and a background in Private Banking products, agile delivery, and global enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of BA experience with Temenos TAP.
• Strong knowledge of International Private Banking.
• Hands-on in Order & Trade Lifecycle Management, Portfolio & Performance Analysis, Strategies & Constraints.
• Experience in at least two end-to-end Private Banking implementations with Temenos solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Securities, Derivatives and Structured Products.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and influencing skills.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Senior Functional Business Analyst for Temenos TAP implementation and enhancement projects.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct PLW sessions and prepare gap analyses and gap lists.
• Prepare HLSD, FSD, user stories and other functional docs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, tech teams and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex requirements into clear functional specs for technical teams.
• Support issue resolution and root-cause analysis for functional issues.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and support change initiatives.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Temenos Triple’A Plus (TAP) Business Analyst to support a large-scale Private Banking transformation project. The successful candidate will have strong functional expertise in Temenos Triple’A Plus and extensive experience delivering end-to-end Private Banking implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a Senior Functional Business Analyst for Temenos Triple’A Plus (TAP) implementation and enhancement projects.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Conduct Process Level Walkthrough (PLW) sessions and prepare detailed gap analysis/gap lists.
• Prepare High-Level Solution Design (HLSD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories and other functional documentation.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum teams, technology teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse and define requirements relating to:Order and Trade Lifecycle ManagementPortfolio and Performance AnalysisInvestment Strategies and ConstraintsScreens, Statements and Reports
• Support functional requirements across Private Banking products including:SecuritiesDerivativesStructured ProductsPaymentsDeposits and LoansForeign Exchange (FX)
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions and stakeholder meetings across different levels of the organisation.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
• Support issue resolution and perform root-cause analysis for functional and process-related issues.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, obtain consensus and support change initiatives across the organisation.
• Work independently to identify solutions and resolve project issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong experience in Temenos Triple’A Plus (TAP).
• Strong functional knowledge of International Private Banking.
• Hands-on expertise in Order & Trade Lifecycle Management, Portfolio & Performance Analysis, Strategies & Constraints, Screens, Statements and Reports.
• Experience in at least two end-to-end Private Banking implementations involving Temenos solutions such as:TTIT24TDSTDH
• Strong knowledge of Private Banking products, particularly Securities, Derivatives and Structured Products.
• Good understanding of banking products including Payments, Deposits, Loans and FX.
• Hands-on experience conducting PLW sessions and preparing gap analysis.
• Experience preparing HLSDs, FSDs and/or user stories.
• Experience working with Scrum teams and Product Owners in an Agile environment.
• Experience working on global, enterprise-scale application development and implementation projects.
• Business Analysis certification such as CBAP and/or Agile certification is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and business requirements to technical teams.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office.
