Job summary

Recruit CRM is seeking an experienced Temenos Triple A Plus TAP Functional Business Analyst to lead end-to-end private banking implementations. The role requires deep expertise in order trade life cycle, portfolio performance analysis, and strategy constraints, with strong CBAP and agile background.

Candidates should have global project experience across TTI, T24, TDS and TDH, plus excellent English communication, workshops facilitation, and leadership skills to drive change across stakeholder

Qualifications

• 12+ years as Temenos Triple A Plus TAP Functional BA.
• Experience on Order Trade Life cycle Management, Portfolio Performance Analysis, Strategy Constraints, Screens and Statements, Reports.
• End-to-end Private Banking implementations covering TTI, T24, TDS and TDH.
• CBAP certification and Agile methodology knowledge.
• Experience on global enterprise-scale application developments in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLW sessions and prepare Gap list.
• Write HLSD and FSD user stories; collaborate with scrum team and Product Owners.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions and meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
• Present complex concepts clearly to both non-technical and technical audiences.
