Make an Impact by

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets for Singtel TV GA products, broadband services, revenue goals, and churn rate reduction.
  • Deliver effective sales pitches tailored to current promotions, product updates, and company policies.

2. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • Handle escalated issues from customers, Customer Service, Sales Support, and other internal teams with professionalism and efficiency.

3. Customer Experience

  • Serve as a Singtel brand ambassador, delivering a positive and consistent customer experience.
  • Support the implementation of Customer Experience (CE) strategies within the telesales team.
  • Assist Team Leaders in improving Customer Experience (CE) Score

4. Other responsibilities

  • Mentorship & Guidance: Support and mentor junior telesales executives in achieving their targets and improving sales effectiveness.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform call reviews and provide feedback to team members to uphold quality standards.
  • Training Support: Assist Team Leaders and Sales Trainers in onboarding and upskilling new hires.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in sales processes or customer handling and propose enhancements to drive better performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide insights and recommendations during sales reviews; share best practices to improve overall team outcomes.

Skills for Success

  • Diploma in any field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Telesales or telemarketing, OR
  • GCE ‘A’ Level with at least 6 months’ sales experience.
  • Basic understanding of internet and telecommunications services.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong ability to engage, connect, and build rapport with customers.
  • Effective team player with sound interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Able to commit to a rotating shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 5 days per week (Sunday fixed off).
