is seeking a Senior Technician to lead and mentor a team responsible for the installation, calibration, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GPS tracking, speed-limiting devices, e-lock systems, and IoT sensors on commercial vehicles and assets. The role combines hands-on technical work with day-to-day supervisory accountability for safety, workmanship, documentation, and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Senior GPS/telematics technician with hands-on installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Proven field experience with GPS/GNSS tracking systems and speed-limiter devices.
• Able to coach technicians and take supervisory accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach telematics technicians on installation, calibration and maintenance.
• Plan workloads and assign jobs by skill and location.
• Oversee GPS, SLD, e-lock and IoT sensor installations and verifications.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain complete job records and customer sign-off.
