Job summary

Exctel Engineering, headquartered in Singapore, seeks a Senior System Engineer to own telecom packages from feasibility through detailed design, developing system architectures, block diagrams, schematics, and performing key calculations such as link budgets.

You will lead system integration and commissioning on onshore/offshore projects, supervise engineers, and serve as the main technical contact for customers and vendors across international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• At least 10 years in telecom engineering or system integration.
• Full project-cycle experience from design to commissioning.
• Proven ability to lead engineers and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of hazardous-area (ATEX/IECEx) and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of telecom packages through feasibility to detailed design.
• Develop system architecture, schematics, and perform design calculations.
• Lead system integration, FAT/SAT planning, and client inspections.
• Supervise installation and commissioning onshore/offshore; prepare handover.
• Mentor telecom engineers and coordinate with EPC contractors and vendors.
