Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore office. This is a permanent position reporting directly to our Managing Director, who brings over 20 years of technology recruitment experience, including 15 years in Singapore.

As a consultant, you will work closely with existing clients in the financial services and technology industries, and be actively involved in sourcing and placing top tech talent. You will also have opportunities to develop new client relationships, manage job assignments end-to-end, and contribute to business growth.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Work with existing clients to understand hiring needs and take detailed job briefs
  • Source and shortlist IT professionals for client roles using various tools and platforms
  • Submit high-quality CVs and arrange interviews between clients and candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including offer management and onboarding support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Collaborate with internal team members and contribute to team success
  • Stay updated on technology trends and recruitment best practices

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in agency recruitment, with a strong track record in placing technology professionals
  • Exposure to hiring for IT roles such as software developers, cloud/DevOps engineers, project managers, data analysts, and cyber-security professionals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Sound understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Proactive and eager to learn about emerging technologies and the financial services domain
  • Willingness to build new client relationships and expand market presence
