Your background

• Product Experience - Bonds / Repos / Interest Rates Swaps / FX Market, understanding of venue capabilities, connectivity protocols. Leveraging Front-to-Back capabilities to provide seamless internal and external stakeholder experience.
• Prior Track Record - Managing Trade Capture and Life-Cycling platform for Fixed Income asset classes, with experience in APEX / MARTINI Front-to-Back systems. Strong development management experience, especially dealing with Asia complexities within Front-to-Back stack working with Trading / Sales / Operations and Regulatory Technology.
• Business Facing Technologist - Strong business-centric mindset, interpersonal skills, sound business judgment, and ability to tailor approach to drive business outcomes. Proven track record with front office trades/sales and enterprise support functions.
• Front-to-Back Execution - Experience managing entire trade life-cycle, including Pre-Trade, Trade Capture, Venue Integrations, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Technology Management - Business analysis, product understanding, software development lifecycle knowledge, and operational management of software stacks.
• Development Mindset - Strong understanding of Agile, Test Driven Development, and Continuous Integration.

Asia Fixed Income Technology supports FICC Macro and Micro lines of business in Asia. You will drive cross-line outcomes, leveraging global technology architecture.

This role is for an experienced, self-driven Technology manager with proven ability to manage business technology interactions and deploy front-to-back solutions.

Vertical LOB Business Technology Leads are expected to influence horizontal foundations to achieve LOB outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with the GFF business, driving regional and global development to meet Asia's needs.

Demonstrate urgency and understanding of the importance of quick analysis and stakeholder communication, especially in a Global Markets Front Office environment.

You will report to the Regional Head of FICC Macro Technology and metrics will be reported to the Global Head of GFF Technology Leads.

What you will do

• Manage technology initiatives for Asia's Financing business, supporting expansion and local support structures.
• Build SME expertise within financing platforms, acting as a senior contact for demand management and governance.
• Recruit, augment, or redeploy talent to support business growth, influencing global and regional delivery teams.
• Collaborate with regional and global technology and business groups to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive collaboration with external venues, product owners, trading/sales partners, and infrastructure teams to enhance client and stakeholder experience.
• Manage relationships with global technology teams and control partners, decomposing complex issues for timely decisions.
• Oversee technology risk, site reliability, and contingency planning in the region.
• Mentor and develop the team for future growth.
• Oversee software system acquisition and development within organizational units.
• Monitor quality and results of software solutions and projects.
• Support Proof-of-Concept development and ensure security and risk considerations are addressed.
