Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry is preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years process improvement experience in the flavor and fragrance industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to operate & troubleshoot equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures, GMPs, and quality control standards.
• Experience in handling GC, LCMS, GCMS is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret test results, troubleshoot quality issues, and maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
