dsm-firmenich in Tuas, Singapore is seeking a Lead Specialist, CX PE, P&B to manage end-to-end customer order processes and deliver exceptional satisfaction. You will build strong customer relationships, resolve complex issues, and use data to drive improvements across the supply chain.

The role requires a customer-centric mindset, 3+ years in supply chain/logistics, and proficiency with Excel, SAP SD and CRM systems. You’ll collaborate across functions to optimise forecasting and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in supply chain/logistics or related field with >1 year in customer service.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Job title - Lead Specialist, CX PE, P&B

Location - Tuas, Singapore

Responsible for end-to-end customer order management and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, while fostering strong customer relationships and supporting the achievement of company revenue objectives.

Your key responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day activities of customer order management including inputs for continuous improvement initiatives
• Display a customer-centric attitude and proactively maintain strong customer relationships
• Demonstrate self-sufficiency through utilizing various support systems/tools to research and resolve complex customer cases/issues
• Ensure clean and accurate data management and analysis
• Demand review (3mth scope)/planning (collaborative planning)- Customer input, priority lists, increase forecast ability
• Drive continuous improvement

You bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or a related function, with more than 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong customer-centric mindset with proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to manage complex issues independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and CRM systems is an advantage
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions
