We are looking for someone who is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes, with a particular focus on Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) systems. The Senior Technician will work closely with the Production and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes, with a particular focus on Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) systems. The Senior Technician will work closely with the Production and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance, focusing on E&I systems.
• Assist in equipment setup and changeovers for different production runs.
• Monitor production processes to uphold quality and efficiency standards.
• Resolve technical issues related to E&I systems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibrations, and equipment performance.
• Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report hazards promptly.
