A leading company in facility management is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee maintenance and operations. The role involves supervising service providers, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience, committed to maintaining operational excellence in their environment.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct daily inspection and report any defect or irregularity and recommend appropriate rectification plan.
Supervise the service providers during the servicing/maintenance works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with works schedule and of satisfactory standard.
Monitor and ensure all M&E systems are in optimal operational level.
Attend to all service requests on any breakdown, feedback/complaint from tenants and other building users timely and efficiently till closure.
Perform troubleshooting and investigate fault with recommendation for rectification.
Facilitate tenants and contractors in the fitting-out/reinstatement/maintenance works and ensure they comply with the safety standards and building regulations/house rules.
Supervise and coordinate with contractors on project works and follow through the testing and commissioning, defects rectification works till completion.
Carry out minor repair works for electrical, sanitary and plumbing and building works.
Part of Company Emergency Response Team (CERT), assist in table-top exercises and fire evacuation drills.
Support adherence to OHS regulations and building safety standards by assisting in safety inspections, reporting hazards, and follow through on the corrective actions. Participate in safety training and contribute to a safe working environment for tenants and other building users.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in Facility Technology (Mechanical and Electrical Services) or Facilities Management & Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
Able to work independently and as part of the team.
Knowledge in computerised maintenance management system will be preferred.
Experience in HVAC systems, electrical and knowledge in the use of BMS will be an added advantage.
