A leading facilities management company in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to assist with preventive and corrective maintenance, compliance, and troubleshooting in facility management. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of MEP systems. This role requires a proactive team player capable of working under minimal supervision and performing under pressure.
About the Role:
Assisting in the preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Responding to facility maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues promptly.
Managing service contracts and coordinating with third-party service providers.
Maintaining records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status.
Supporting improvement initiatives and efficiency upgrades for facilities.
About You:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management.
Good Knowledgeable of MEP system.
Strong team player.
Able to work under minimal supervision, perform under pressure, proactive.
