Working Days:Shift work, 4 days work, 1 day off
Working Hours: Morning Shift- 8.30am to 4.30pm, Afternoon Shift- 3pm to 11pm
Salary: Up to $2,800 per month
Job Description:
Attend joint inspection with tenant’s contractor related to fitting out and reinstatement works
Perform basic building maintenance such as ACMV, Electrical & Plumbing and Sanitary works etc
Perform kitchen hood filter chemical servicing to all speciality Restaurants
Conduct inspection of common areas within the shopping centre and tenant’s premises when necessary
Record & update daily maintenance, Weekly & monthly inspection reports
Inspect and identify defects such as power failure, leakage and aircon issue etc
Inspect firefighting and protection equipment such as fire extinguishers & fire hose reels and Dry Risers.
Attend to Superior landlord on any repair and maintenance of the building services.
Attend Toshin’s maintenance works such as KWP replacement etc at night shift
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works as directed by Supervisor
Requisite necessary parts to carry out repairs and maintenance (such as Public address speaker repair etc).
Practice workplace health & safety standards such as wearing personal protection accessories whenever needed
Any other duties as may be designated by the company
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities/building maintenance in commercial building
Pleasant personality and able to work as a team
Good understanding of building maintenance and M&E systems
Minimum Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Air Conditioning or equivalent
Possess hands on knowledge on electrical, plumbing and Sanitary, building maintenance and/or ACMV experience
Able to handle audio visual system
Able to work overtime as and when required
