Job summary

A leading power resources company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to operate generators and transformers, respond to breakdown calls, and set up power systems for projects both locally and internationally. Candidates should have a Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. A Class 3 driving license is also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Class 3 driving license required.

• Operate company equipment including generators and transformers.
• Respond to emergency breakdown calls.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities

Able to operate at least one of the company equipment which includes generators, load banks, transformers, industrial air conditioners & chillers.

Respond to any emergency breakdown calls

Attend and travel for overseas assignments as and when required.

Set up the power system for company projects, both in Singapore and overseas.

Requirement

Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Candidate with not less than 2 years of relevant work experience may apply as well.

Good understanding and experience on the electrical and mechanical systems

Available to trouble shoot electrical system.

Ability to read electrical single-line drawings and provide an overall understanding of the power system involved will be an advantage.

Experience in LV and MV work

Must have class 3 driving license
