Senior Technician

The Building Technician performs maintenance and inspection of the electrical and mechanical system and equipment. He works indoors, outdoors, and in cramped spaces. He will have to stand for long hours, climb, bend, and kneel for installation and repair. He is also expected to be detail oriented to ensure safety on the job.

• Carry out equipment and system inspection.
• Carry out work in accordance with safety procedures.
• Fix electrical components.
• Keep a record of works done on-site.
• Maintain electrical equipment and system in accordance with the code of practice.
• Manage maintenance work on-site.
• Trace faults on electrical components.
