Job Description Summary

Responsible for assisting with operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.

About the Role:

• Attend to Tam cases as assigned by team leader or management.
• Carry out rectification work as specified in the Tam case.
• Complete the Tam case with endorsement from the end user or requester.
• Attend to property officer zone defective work requests.
• Carry out rectification work as specified in the zone defective work request.
• Complete the zone defective work request with verification by the property officer.
• Attend to ad-hoc work as assigned by team leader or management.
• Carry out rectification work as specified in the ad-hoc work request.
• Complete the ad-hoc work with verification from the end user or requester.
• Attend to PPM work as assigned by team leader or management.
• Carry out PPM work according to the standard checklist.
• Complete the PPM with verification from the respective system engineer.

About You:

• NITEC or higher NITEC in Facilities Management or relevant engineering course.
• At least 2 years of experience in Facility Management or related property management.
