Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Senior Technical Support Engineer:

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on semiconductor equipment, including CMP systems and related tools.

• Liaise with customers, agents, and head office teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.

• Support the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced semiconductor equipment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective technical assistance.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for service processes, issue resolution, and customer reports.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering or technical support roles.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on equipment support.

• Proficiency in Japanese is required to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients/business partners and to read/write business documents in Japanese.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Positive attitude, initiative-driven, and strong customer focus.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 5,500 + AWS+VB (1 - 2 Months)

• Working Location:Tuas Link

• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
