Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Specialist (Security Systems) to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems at our clients’ premises. This includes, but is not limited to, Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute service and maintenance workflows for various security systems according to company standards and procedures.
• Work closely with clients to resolve service and maintenance issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Assist the supervisor in deploying service teams and allocating technical responsibilities effectively.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions, set expectations, and deliver solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Support the supervisor in ensuring timely troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance activities.
• Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s business and operational needs to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
• Carry out additional technical tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in security system service and maintenance.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in systems including Integrated Security Management Systems, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV.
• Basic knowledge in IT, networking, and server systems is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Required to be on 24/7 standby (Allowance will be provided)
• Possession of a valid Class 2B and/or Class 3 driving license is preferred .
