Job description:

Job Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operation and maintenance of chiller plant (DCP).
• Monitor and manage chilled water system (chillers, pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers, water treatment system, etc.) via Building Management System (BMS).
• Ensure chilled water system operates in proper and efficient manner.
• Monitor and response to fire detection & fire protection related alarms, CCTV and water leak detection.
• Carry out routine plant inspection and data logging.
• Supervise maintenance and repair jobs.
• Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities.
• Proper passdown/handover end of shift.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute.
• Technical background in chiller, pump, cooling tower, ACMV, etc. operation with maintenance and service quality mindset.
• Relevant experience in HVAC, chiller plant would be advantageous.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts of up to 12 hours, in alignment with operational requirements.
• Able to cover shift duty support as needed.
