The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Work in close partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, to conceptualise clear hiring strategy, design job descriptions and interview questions.
Source and attract potential candidates through various platforms or online channels
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. The aim is to fill open positions efficiently and effectively with close partnership with internal stakeholders, ensuring hiring requirements and expectations are met.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the Organisation as employer of choice.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, building a robust candidate pipeline.
Conduct regular follow-up with internal stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting plan and implementation execution.
Recommend best HR practices for sound talent acquisition programs/initiatives review.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Business or related discipline
Minimum 7 years of in-house talent sourcing and selection experience, with a focus in technical roles in engineering / digital sectors
Strong expertise in managing candidates and stakeholders experience
