This role will play a key part in identifying and hiring top technical talent, partnering closely with global HR and Finance teams based in the United States, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience aligned with organizational goals.LocationThis role is office-based in Thiruvananthapuram, India.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for R&D roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and global teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various channels, including professional networks and social media, to identify and engage top talent. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates through timely communication and feedback. Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to make competitive offers.Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in technical recruitment, with a focus on R&D or engineering roles. Technical Proficiency: Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) like Rippling and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse. Global Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with international teams, particularly in the US.
