Signify Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Project Director to lead the delivery of complex lighting control projects for hospitality and commercial developments.

The role is accountable for end-to-end execution, technical leadership, commercial management, and governance of major customer projects. The successful candidate will work with hotel operators, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes and a premium handover, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in engineering or major project delivery environments.
• 5+ years leading complex customer projects with P&L exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of customer projects from sales handover to final acceptance.
• Establish execution strategies, schedules, governance, and risk plans.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with contractual compliance.
• Provide executive project reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and supply chain coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement and best-practices in project delivery.
