Job summary

Signify in Singapore is seeking a Technical Project Director to lead the delivery of complex customer projects involving advanced lighting control systems and hospitality technology. You will own end-to-end execution, provide technical leadership, and manage commercial and governance aspects.

You will collaborate with hotel operators, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, risk management, and successful handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in engineering/lighting or major projects.
• 5+ years leading complex customer projects with P&L responsibility.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Dynalite lighting controls and GRMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance from sales handover to final acceptance.
• Define execution strategies, schedules, and risk plans.
• Manage safety, schedule, budget, and contractual obligations.
• Provide executive-level reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee Dynalite system design reviews, commissioning, and handover.
• Drive commercial management including revenue, cost control, and cash flow.
• Maintain relationships with hotel operators, consultants, and contractors.
