is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Cloud AI to lead end-to-end technical program management of critical customer bugs, blockers, and product defect escalations across Generative AI workloads and platform services. You will connect customer-facing field teams with Product Management and Core Engineering to drive timely resolutions and robust customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or technical product management.
Experience managing bug, blocker, and incident resolution workflows for enterprise customers in cloud/AI environments.
Experience with Generative AI technologies, LLMs, AI infrastructure, APIs, or enterprise platform integrations.
Experience collaborating with field teams and core engineering/product teams.

Responsibilities

Own and orchestrate the technical lifecycle for identifying, tracking, prioritizing, and resolving complex customer bugs and escalations across Generative AI solutions and platform services.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between field teams, Product and Core Engineering; drive root-cause analysis and resolve defects with committed ETA dates.
Design and maintain automated reporting frameworks, dashboards, and telemetry tracking key metrics; deliver concise executive briefings.
Advocate customer experience and act as escalation quarterback for high-priority accounts; protect adoption and contract momentum.
