Overview
Job Title: Product Technical Manager
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Product Manager, and Development Team on project schedules, issues, and escalations.
- Plan and justify IT resource allocation, secure necessary approvals, and monitor usage.
- Partner with Product Owner and Product Manager to refine user stories, provide technical analysis, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Review technical proposals, system design, and architecture to ensure quality and compliance with standards, governance, and policies.
- Propose feasible solutions or engage subject matter experts to improve product quality.
- Coordinate with interfacing project teams to ensure reliable and efficient end-to-end workflows.
- Support planning, design, and execution of UAT; monitor progress and ensure successful acceptance.
- Review and ensure completeness and quality of all documentation.
- Maintain and continuously refine the product backlog.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, with hands-on experience in Agile environments and Cloud platforms.
- Strong skills in business case and user story development.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technology concepts and engage stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with business stakeholders in development and problem solving.
- Good knowledge of web, mobile, and cloud technologies, including their feasibility and impact on design solutions.
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, GitLab, SonarQube, and BPM modeling techniques is an added advantage.
