A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance tasks and coordinate with various teams and contractors. The role includes managing submissions, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements, and providing comprehensive cost estimations for repair and additional works. Ideal candidates should possess multi-disciplinary technical skills and be able to vet monthly reports before submission to authorities.
The Facilities Manager assist the SFM leads the Facilities Operation team comprising of individuals who possess multi-disciplinary technical skills, ensuring the proper submission of maintenance works & services plans for all system / equipment by specialists and other period contractors prior to user endorsement.
He/she to assist the FOM to oversee the maintenance tasks coordinated by the maintenance team and contractor, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements.
He/she to assist the user to work on repair / replacement, alteration / additional works, providing comprehensive cost estimations within stipulated time frames shall form part of his work scope as well.
The submission of all deliverables as required under MWS, AHWS, Estate Administrative Services and Tenant Fit Out shall be under his/her purview.
He/she shall also be the competent person to assist the FOM to vet and approve monthly reports and other submissions, relating to Maintenance Works and Services (MWS), Ad-Hoc Works and Services (AHWS), Estate Administrative Services, Facilities Management & Services, Professional Engineers and Specialist Services before submission to the Authority.
