Job description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced someone to join our dynamic team managing multiple school premises across Singapore. As the frontline representative of the Managing Agent, you will ensure smooth operations, contract compliance, and high service quality across various school facilities.

This is a multi-site role ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, solving real-time challenges, and leading site teams with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for school administrators and end-users across assigned locations.

  • Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance schedules, inspections, and audits.

  • Ensure all services are executed per contract terms and Singapore regulations (e.g. BCA, SCDF).

  • Coordinate with project teams on infrastructure upgrades and improvement works.

  • Supervise subcontractors, track performance, and implement corrective actions where needed.

  • Provide accurate site records and support quantity surveyor measurements via centralized systems.

  • Assist with staff induction, conduct regular training (every 6 months), and drive continuous improvement.

  • Report progress and concerns to the Operations Director and key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services

  • Proven track record in managing multi-site facilities, ideally in education or government buildings

  • Sound knowledge of local statutory regulations, safety codes, and building operations

  • Willingness to travel islandwide and handle challenges across various school environments
