Job description

Responsibilities

• Review all architectural drawings to ensure compliance with relevant codes, drafting standards, and presentation requirements before submission to authorities; provide guidance to team members on any discrepancies or non-compliance issues.

• Conduct site and Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) inspections to verify that construction works align with approved plans and meet regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities on all matters related to code compliance.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing drawings to ensure buildability and effective coordination with consultants.

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Education background in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification

• Proficient in using CAD and BIM software.

• Strong understanding of preparing construction drawings and documentation for submission to local authorities.
