Job summary

P+A Projects Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Architectural professional to assist the Architectural Associate/ Architect in daily duties. The role involves preparing planning applications, design proposals with CAD and traditional drawing methods, and coordinating detailed design information.

You will liaise with authorities for statutory approvals, attend site visits, and assist in tender documentation and construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Architecture.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in 3D Autocad, Revit and BIM.
• Relish working in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proactive and conscientious team player.
• Experience in commercial, mixed-use or residential projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Architectural Associate/Architect in daily duties.
• Prepare planning and regulatory applications.
• Prepare design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing.
• Support detailed design and coordination of drawings.
• Prepare/update tender docs and construction drawings.
• Liaise with authorities to obtain statutory approvals.
• Attend site visits and record minutes.
• Coordinate site issues with project architect.
• Produce and analyse material specs for construction.
