As a Senior Technical Architect specializing in Salesforce, you will be required to leverage your extensive experience in software development and technical design to provide strategic direction and vision to Enterprise Sales Excellence and Enterprise Salesforce Centre of Excellence teams. With over 15 years of experience, including more than a decade working specifically on the Salesforce platform, you will be well-versed in APEX, Flows, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative configuration.Your responsibilities will include setting solution design, configuration, and development standards, as well as ensuring adherence to best practices within Salesforce technology. You will play a crucial role in monitoring and reviewing the delivery of solutions to maintain high standards and provide thought leadership to drive the successful implementation of complex business requirements.Collaboration with business functions and IT teams will be essential to define and implement Salesforce capabilities while ensuring end-to-end solution integrity. Your guidance will extend to mentoring development teams on application development and integrations, communicating risks associated with solution design integrity, and proactively addressing gaps to completion.Additionally, you will lead initiatives to minimize support costs, accelerate the delivery of value-added functionality, and promote the adoption of standard work processes. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, along with certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect. Experience with Salesforce Mobile app, B2B, B2C Salesforce technology, and integration best practices will be beneficial.Furthermore, familiarity with cloud services, including Sales & Service, Commerce Cloud, Partner Communities, and Customer Communities, is desired.
