Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in architectural technical design and construction projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of BIM ISO 19650 standards, digital project delivery, and clash detection workflows.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of architectural technical drawings and detailed construction documentation.
• Manage BIM implementation and ensure compliance with IDD and DfMA requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, contractors, and government authorities to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, including BCA, URA, SCDF, and relevant codes and standards.
• Conduct technical reviews, value engineering, constructability assessments, and design risk analyses.
• Lead technical coordination meetings and mentor junior architects and BIM personnel.
• Drive innovation through digital construction technologies, automation, and sustainable design practices.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule objectives.

About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Technical Architectto lead the technical development and coordination of complex construction projects. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in architectural detailing, Building Information Modelling (BIM), statutory compliance, multidisciplinary coordination, and digital construction technologies. This role requires a proactive professional capable of delivering technically robust, buildable, and sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of architectural technical drawings and detailed construction documentation.
• Manage BIM implementation and ensure compliance with Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, contractors, and government authorities to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, including BCA, URA, SCDF, and relevant codes and standards.
• Conduct technical reviews, value engineering, constructability assessments, and design risk analyses.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of BIM ISO 19650 standards, digital project delivery, and clash detection workflows.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure projects.
• In-depth understanding of Singapore statutory requirements and approval processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Green Mark, LEED, Digital Twin technologies, computational design, or AI-assisted design is highly desirable.
