Job summary

Resmed is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to lead technology products for manufacturing engineering and enablement across a global network. You will shape roadmaps, drive platform standardization and enable digital transformation across quality, maintenance, data, and AI initiatives.

You will partner with business product owners, engineering and quality teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions that improve asset reliability and manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, or manufacturing systems.
• Experience delivering enterprise tech solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in digital transformation, data analytics or AI-enabled programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and backlogs.
• Strong understanding of quality, maintenance, asset reliability and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business outcomes into a technical product roadmap, investment priorities and delivery plan.
• Own the technology roadmap and platform priorities supporting quality, maintenance and enablement.
• Identify capability gaps and create reusable tech products across sites.
• Establish common technology foundations for standardization and future digital initiatives.
• Lead technical evaluations, RFI/RFPs and platform selections.
• Guide platform adoption, lifecycle decisions and control of technical debt.
• Define reusable global standards and templates for cross-domain capabilities.
• Own and prioritize the technical backlog across quality, maintenance, analytics and cybersecurity.
• Ensure compliance, validation, auditability and data integrity in solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, vendors and delivery teams.
