Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology & Data Governance to support governance practices for Prudential Financial Advisers Singapore. The role focuses on governance execution, issue tracking, assurance and regulatory coordination, and management reporting.

You will work closely with PFA and PACS Technology teams and risk/compliance stakeholders to embed governance into technology and data processes, ensuring effective data quality and remediation actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information systems, data management, CS, risk management or related
• 8–12 years of experience in technology governance, data governance, IT audit or related
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries desirable
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory engagements and governance reporting
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CGEIT, CDMP, ITIL, COBIT, PMP advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and maintenance of governance procedures, forums and reporting for PFA
• Coordinate internal/external audits, assurance requests and regulatory information
• Oversee data governance uplift, data owners and CDEs for PFA-applicable data
• Prepare management reporting on governance, data quality and remediation progress
• Embed governance requirements into technology and data processes
