Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Senior Manager, Group Internal Audit – Technology to lead complex technology and cybersecurity audits across the Singtel Group. The role focuses on audit planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen risk management and controls.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT risk, cybersecurity, and audit leadership, with cloud experience and professional certifications. Flexible work arrangements and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in IT audit or security (CISA, CISSP, CISM or CIA) preferred.
• Extensive experience in technology audit, IT risk, cybersecurity, or internal audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and cybersecurity audits across Singtel Group.
• Develop Audit Planning Memorandums (APMs), defining objectives, scope, risks and approach.
• Design and implement audit programs aligned to methodology and standards.
• Assess IT general controls, application controls, cybersecurity controls and governance frameworks.
• Evaluate major technology initiatives to ensure governance, documentation and security by design.
• Provide independent assurance over cybersecurity risk management and data protection.
• Escalate significant risks and support Audit Committee reporting.
• Coach and review work of junior auditors and improve audit practices.
