Job description

Privilege Banking is responsible for branch sales and portfolio growth related to various bank products. It requires a license to sell securities and related investment products. Activities include supporting promotional efforts, enhancing customer relationships, and referring customers to other areas as appropriate. The focus is on clients with investible assets below a certain threshold, serviced by the consumer or private bank. The role involves maximizing revenues, driving product initiatives, sales, customer satisfaction, and minimizing operational losses, while deepening relationships and reducing attrition.

Consumer Banking provides services and products directly to consumers through various channels, including retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related areas.

Responsibilities
  1. Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the PV team, setting clear objectives and motivating team members to meet targets.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals, and offering tailored wealth management solutions.
  3. Business Development: Identify new opportunities, expand the client base, and develop strategies to increase assets under management.
  4. Team Development: Mentor and coach team members, fostering continuous learning and performance improvement.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, managing risks effectively.
  6. Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders such as product specialists, investment advisors, and client advisors to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, monitor key indicators, and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant accreditation (e.g., M1B, M5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M9, M9A, HI).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, including leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through change.
  • Professional certifications such as CFP, CWM, or similar are advantageous.
