Job description

As a Senior Preschool Teacher, you will lead a prepared learning environment rooted in Montessori principles. You will model respectful teaching practices, support each child's developmental journey, and mentor junior staff to uphold the values of independence, empathy, and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and facilitate child-centered, developmentally appropriate activities based on Montessori-inspired principles

  • Foster a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Lead classroom management and ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times

  • Observe, assess, and document children’s growth and learning

  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children’s progress

  • Mentor and support assistant and junior teachers

  • Collaborate with school leadership on curriculum planning and continuous improvement

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

  • L2 certification

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in early childhood teaching

  • Montessori setting experience preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Passion for early childhood development and education
