Job summary

Golden Energy and Resources in Singapore seeks a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and advisory across the group. You will collaborate with regional finance teams and senior leadership to optimize tax outcomes while mitigating risk.

The role requires deep knowledge of Singapore tax rules, international tax exposure, and strong communication and project management skills. Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• 5+ years of corporate tax experience in Big4 or MNC.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Singapore tax, TP, BEPS2.0.
• Experience with cross-border tax and Australian tax laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax planning strategies for cross-border transactions and transfer pricing.
• Oversee compliance, TP documentation, and tax health checks.
• Manage GloBE/BEPS2.0 group-wide obligations and CbC reporting.
• Develop tax-efficient capital structures and steward Singapore returns.
