Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with strong tax experience at a top-tier or international firm.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with commercial judgment.
• Ability to supervise junior lawyers and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex Singapore/APAC tax matters including transfer pricing and mutual agreement procedures.
• Manage client relationships and supervise junior lawyers; collaborate with partners and senior practitioners.
• Work with cross-border teams across Baker McKenzie’s global network on tax advisory and contentious matters.
