A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a Tax Manager to support its APAC Tax team. You will manage tax audits, ensure compliance with regional tax laws, and collaborate with various departments to minimize tax exposure. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of tax experience and a strong background in corporate tax and financial modeling. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. This role emphasizes attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Google's in-house tax team knows all things corporate tax. Made up of smart, perceptive Googlers with a flair for domestic, international, and sales and use tax, the knowledge and expertise of this team runs deep. You have years of experience in this field and an extensive knowledge of those tax issues most relevant to internet companies. While we don't give our Googlers individual tax advice, you make it easy for Googlers to get what they need to make good tax decisions. You find ways to work smarter by streamlining and automating our tax processes and systems, and find ways to be both innovative and compliant.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing end-to-end support to the executive members of the APAC Tax team. In your daily work, you will be responsible to support tax optimization, controversy, research, and cross-functional projects for the APAC countries. You will collaborate with tax experts, finance leaders, and various business units and will be critical to help resolve complex tax positions, support audit requests, and ensure the timely and accurate resolution of tax audits. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing efficiency and establishing policies that minimize the company's tax exposure.
