Exciting role in the Public Sector - in Social Service!

Contractual Position: 2 years Direct, renewable/convertible
Salary: Up to $6500

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner the business on all their people-related needs across the full spectrum of HR, such as recruitment and conversion, secondment and re-employment, and ad-hoc manpower requests.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Gather ground sensing on people-related needs, and deliver appropriate HR solutions to the business and employees through partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the internal HR functional teams to execute HR policies at the business units-level.
  • Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and employment legislations.
  • Implement relevant HR strategies to support and drive business needs and performance.
  • Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.

Looking for:

  • Singaporeans only
  • Min. Degree in HR, Business or any relevant field of study
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in recruitment
  • Prior inhouse recruitment and/or public sector experience would be advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Experienced in Talent Sourcing
  • Proficient in HRIS - Workday
