Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a wide range of roles including Internship Management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment drives.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of sourcing and recruitment experience, with consistent track record of successful placements, preferably in healthcare industry
  • Able to execute sourcing strategies to attract talents and be recognised as a subject-matter-expert in talent research related matters
  • Experienced in using social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other means to reach out to passive candidates
  • Able to contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to developing new recruitment channels
  • Experience with HRMS, specifically in Workday would be advantageous
  • Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
  • Familiarity with Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP)
