Job summary

OKX’s Singapore-based Talent Acquisition team seeks a skilled recruiter to partner with senior leaders on mid-to-senior level hires across APAC. This role offers high ownership, visibility, and opportunities to shape sourcing strategies as the company expands in the region.

You will influence hiring decisions, build pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging AI tools and innovative methods. A strong navigator of cross-border collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven in-house recruiting experience with mid to senior roles.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Ability to consult, negotiate, and engage with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Chinese for cross-region communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers and stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the APAC talent market.
• Drive direct sourcing and headhunting efforts, owning requisitions from brief to close.
• Build and execute innovative talent attraction and pipeline development strategies.
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience as a core part of the recruitment practice.

About the Opportunity

Our Singapore TA team is looking to welcome a new team member to partner directly with senior business leaders on mid to senior-level hiring across APAC. These are complex, high-stakes searches where your judgment has real organisational impact. It's a high-ownership role in a small team, your work is visible, and there's a genuine path to deepen your craft and take on more over time. What You’ll Be Doing

• Advise hiring managers and stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the APAC talent market

What We Look For In You

• Extensive in-house recruiting experience, with a proven track record placing mid to senior-level roles
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
• Ability to consult, negotiate, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring goals
• English and Chinese language fluency to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers across multiple regions

Nice to Haves

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business units simultaneously
• Prior experience in a high-growth or fast-scaling tech environment
• Comfort with hiring metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements for candidate and hiring manager experience
• Genuine belief in blockchain and cryptocurrency
