They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring efforts, ensuring they attract top talent to support their high-growth ambitions. This role will be critical in building teams across R&D, commercial, and corporate functions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment across all functions, including tech, clinical, regulatory, sales, and corporate roles.
  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to a startup environment.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize the recruitment process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors as needed.
  • Lead and mentor a small TA team or coordinate resources across regions.
  • Contribute to initiatives such as diversity hiring, talent market mapping, and recruitment technology optimization.
  • Provide regular hiring reports, analytics, and strategic recommendations to leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably with exposure to startups or high-growth companies.
  • Proven success in recruiting for technical/scientific roles in MedTech, healthcare, or biotech industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, with knowledge of modern tools, platforms, and networking strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-changing environment with competing priorities.
  • Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams that align with company values
