Job description

Our client is local leader in the F&B industry. They are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Redhill area – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
• Conduct onboarding sessions and manage documentation for new hires
• Partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with business goals
• Use various sourcing methods: job portals, social media, events, referrals
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation
• Oversee performance reviews, confirmations, and disciplinary processes
• Conduct exit interviews and provide retention insights
• Regularly engage with frontline staff to support HR needs
All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in inhouse recruitment
