Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join my client and take the lead in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across the APAC region. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with our client's HR and business leaders, driving end-to-end hiring processes while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of functions and countries in the APAC region.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver talent solutions aligned to business goals.
  • Drive proactive sourcing efforts using a variety of platforms and methods (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping).
  • Ensure best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage and coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, offer management, and onboarding handover.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting through ATS and other systems, ensuring full compliance with client processes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the client, representing their values and EVP in the talent market.
  • Provide market intelligence, insights, and recommendations to help influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.


Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency environment.
  • Experience working with clients in FMCG and beverages industries is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
