• Proven Recruiter: 2-5+ years of experience in recruitment or agency staffing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• CEI Certified: Non-negotiable: Valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower.
