Job summary

ST Engineering Singapore is seeking a Senior System Engineer to support SSA projects, coordinating with the Project Manager and engineers to fulfil contract obligations on time and within budget.

You will manage documentation, perform system and database setup, and handle IT infrastructure including Windows servers and network devices. Strong documentation and independent work mindset required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Experience deploying IT management systems or equivalent.
• Proficient with databases, networks, Windows OS and servers.
• Experience setting up data backups and recovery processes.
• Knowledge of data migration, integration and monitoring; security focus.
• Ability to draft professional documentation and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager and engineers to meet contract obligations in time, cost, and scope.
• Manage and oversee project documentation and subcontractor matters.
• Perform system and database setup; resolve technical and design issues.
• Support IT infrastructure including Microsoft OS and Windows servers.
• Configure network devices; perform IP and network checks for the project.
• Install, debug and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
