Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems design engineering or related roles.
• Basic knowledge of water analytical instruments, water treatment and purification technologies.
• Expertise in system architecture, modeling methodologies, and engineering tools.
• Experience leading architecture and engineering activities across distributed teams.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary engineering environments.
• Experience in scientific or industrial instrument design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and project coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex system architectures and engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-site teams to define system requirements and deliver projects.
• Drive innovation through development, testing, and validation of new systems and components.
• Ensure designs comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and engineering milestones to meet objectives.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex issues.
• Develop and maintain design specifications, test reports, and engineering records.
