Job summary

Airbus Singapore Private Limited seeks a senior systems/avionics engineer to deliver engineering support for A320/A380 defects and long-term topics. You will coordinate with Toulouse SIM, the customer, and the Airbus network to ensure reliability and on-time performance.

Role requires a degree in Engineering or an aircraft maintenance license, plus 8+ years in Airline/MRO. Strong project management, compliance mindset, and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Engineering or Aircraft maintenance license holder.
• 8+ years of experience in Airline/MRO in an engineering role.
• Experience in project management and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work under stress with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Awareness of compliance risks and integrity in actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for A320/A380 defects at line and long-term topics for Systems/Avionics.
• Oversee parking/storage maintenance for Singapore Airlines/Scoot; coordinate with Toulouse SIM and customer.
• Perform root-cause analysis for defects/delays and follow up with Airbus and customers.
• Collaborate with Customer to align processes and deliverables; monthly technical follow-ups.
