Job summary

Airbus Singapore Private Limited seeks a seasoned Systems/Avionics engineer to deliver and oversee engineering activities for Singapore Airlines/Scoot. You will maintain the fleet in line with airworthiness standards and service performance goals, coordinating with Toulouse and Airbus support.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years in Airline/MRO engineering, a degree or license, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Engineering or an Aircraft maintenance license holder.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Airline/MRO in an engineering position.
• Maintenance environment experience is a strong positive.
• Project management / continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to A320/A380 defects and long-term Systems/Avionics topics.
• Oversee Parking and Storage Maintenance for Singapore Airlines/Scoot with SIM and customer.
• Analyze defects/delays and track engineering follow-up with Toulouse HQ and customer.
• Foster customer relationships and align processes and deliverables.
• Support monthly technical follow-up to the Singapore Airlines Engineering VP at TSC.
• Monitor MRO/FTM contractors and their deliverables/performance.
• Maintain communications with TSP stakeholders and Operations Team.
• Coordinate with 1SY Toulouse to address critical issues with Airbus support.
• Provide feedback on in-service experiences to Airbus orgs and programs.
• Provide technical support to CAAS, EASA, and FAA; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to Operational/Dispatch Reliability and KPI targets; drive improvements.

Education

Engineering degree or Aircraft maintenance license
